Terry Allen-Lawrence, MSN, BSN, RN

Terry has a Master's in Nursing Leadership and Administration. She commenced her nursing career in long-term care in 2011 as an LPN and subsequently advanced to an RN. Her unwavering passion for caring for the elderly has been a guiding force throughout her professional journey. In 2018, Terry obtained her first DNS role and subsequently earned her Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration. Leading and educating her staff brings her immense joy. Witnessing the happiness of the residents, their families, and colleagues fills her with a profound sense of fulfillment, affirming that she is fulfilling her purpose as a nurse. As a mother of a 24-year-old daughter who is also an RN in long-term care, Terry is privileged to see her daughter following in her footsteps. This realization reinforces her belief that she has fulfilled her purpose as a nurse. Nursing will forever remain her passion, and she is dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development.
