Ronald is pursuing a license in Nursing Home Administration. He has been working in healthcare for five years. While working in administration, he found himself drawn to the people side of operations, which led him to HR. What he enjoys most about his job is knowing that his work helps support the people who care for our residents and makes sure our staff feel heard, valued, and equipped to do their best. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, making music, and staying active.
