Ranelyn Palmaira Manoto, PT
Director of Rehabilitation

Ranelyn has a degree in Physical Therapy and has continued to build on that foundation through ongoing training and professional development. Over the years, she has also pursued education and experience in leadership and rehabilitation management, which has helped her grow into the Director of Rehabilitation. This combination of clinical and administrative knowledge allows her to effectively support both patients and my team. With over 21 years of experience in healthcare, Ranelyn has dedicated her career to helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. As a licensed Physical Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation for the past 16 years, she has had the privilege of working closely with patients—particularly within the geriatric community—to support their mobility, strength, and confidence. Her passion for physical therapy began with a simple but powerful goal: to help people walk again. That mission continues to guide her work every day, whether developing individualized treatment plans or leading rehabilitation teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the condition—focusing on restoring function, dignity, and hope. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the progress her patients make — watching them regain function, confidence, and independence. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness the positive impact therapy has not only on their physical health but on their overall quality of life. Knowing that she played a part in helping someone return to the activities they love, and seeing the appreciation from both patients and their families, is what truly drives her passion for this work. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, going to the park, and watching movies together. She also loves traveling and discovering new places. When it’s time to unwind and have a little fun, karaoke is one of her favorite go-to activities.
