Lee attended the Culinary Trade School at NYS Food Service Partners - Touro and has been in the healthcare field for six years. Lee has a passion for the food service industry and has previously worked in hospitality and management. When the opportunity arose to work with older adults, she seized it and has never looked back since. She enjoys interacting with our residents and their loved ones. It’s very rewarding to accommodate their needs and wants through nutrition. Creating homestyle meals and menus that are reminiscent of what our patients would eat at home. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, pottery, shopping, and enjoying nature.
