Gabrielle Shnayderman, LNHA, MHA, MS CCC-SLP

Gabrielle has been in healthcare for over a decade. She began her career as a speech pathologist, working closely with the geriatric population. She formed deep bonds with her patients and often found herself advocating for their needs far more than their therapy needs. She has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from Long Island University. Additionally, she has a Bachelor’s in Communication Science and Disorders from Adelphi. Her drive to protect, support, and elevate the lives of our most vulnerable led her to become a Nursing Home Administrator - where she could shape the kind of care every resident deserves, not just in moments, but across their entire experience.  What she loves most is getting to know the residents and being part of their everyday lives.  Also, being able to be alongside a team as dedicated makes it even more meaningful.  Being with family, wife, mom to two boys, and dog mom to a Bichon Frise,  she likes to explore new places and read.
